We offer $5 spaces to vendors who arrive to set up at or after 3 p.m. Friday
Set up once or once a week! We have options for everyone. Be sure to check out our many photos and videos to familiarize yourself with the size and scope of the Tri-State Area’s Largest Open Air Market. Many successful businesses were built upon beginning here at Rogers.
Reservations may be made in person, via telephone, or online. Regulations are listed below. Please note that online space rental is only available for vendors who have previously established log-in credentials.

Rules & Regulations
READ THIS FIRST: REGULATIONS FOR ALL VENDORS
Thank you for inquiring about setting up to sell at our Friday Flea Market (Open Year Round). Please read the following information, and related sections below.
All vendors must have an assigned space before setting up. See options for Booking a Space below.
No rain checks or refunds.
Vendors are renting space. You will need to provide table(s), chair(s) and other display materials.
Canopies and umbrellas are permitted. These and all other items must be completely contained within the rented space, out of walkways and driveways, and properly secured.
Please bring change. The Market cannot provide change.
Electrical use is minimal.
All trash is to be bagged and put into dumpsters. All boxes must be broken down.
Selling hot or cold beverages, pop, bottled water, and/or prepared foods are considered a food concession. See below for detail.
It is the responsibility of all vendors to insure that they meet all applicable requirements of the Department of Health, Ohio Department of Taxation, and any and all other agencies and authorities which may have jurisdiction. We do not monitor these requirements.
Subletting of spots is prohibited. Vendors are held fully responsible for any activity conducted in space(s) reserved in their name.
THE FOLLOWING ARE PROHIBITED FOR FREE, SALE OR TRADE :
Animals of any kind – No living thing finned, feathered, furred, shelled (or otherwise)
Management reserves the right to remove any vendor/products at management discretion
ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS FOR FOOD & BEVERAGE CONCESSIONS
Thank you for inquiring about coming to our Friday Flea Market (Open Year Round.) Selling pop, bottled water or other beverages are considered a food concession. The following is additional information about food and beverage concession sales in our market.
INSURANCE & LICENSING
The following information can be delivered to the Market Office, emailed to [email protected]; faxed to (330) 227-2242 or mailed to our office c/o Market Office, 45625 SR 154, Rogers, Ohio 44445.
A copy of your Product Liability Insurance in the amount of at least $1,000,000 (One Million Dollars) with Rogers Community Auction and Open Air Market listed as “Additionally Insured.”
A copy of your State of Ohio Food Licensing. please contact the Columbiana County Health Department for requirements. Note: you must have State of Ohio Licensing even if you are licensed in other states.
If you are planning to sell packaged baked goods or other “cottage foods” please contact the Columbiana County Health Department for labeling and handling requirements.
Electrical use is minimal. Food concessions must be self-contained using a generator that does not disturb other vendors or visitors with fumes, noise, or other. A whisper quiet generator is recommended.
If your generator is too loud or produces fumes you may be asked to turn it off.
Potable water available on the grounds outside Chuck’s Best Gyro’s Restaurant.
There are no water hook-ups in individual spaces.

INFORMATION ON SETTING UP LONG TERM RESERVATIONS
The purpose of a seasonal reservation is to maintain repeat customers. Seasonal reservations are intended for vendors who intend to be at the flea market at least 2-3 months out of the year. Vendors must maintain a good attendance and payment history to be eligible for a reservation the following year.
For information about currently available Building, Pavilion and long-term reservation space please contact the Market Office (330) 227-3233.
Building leaseholders are obligated for weekly rent year round.
Pavilion leaseholders are obligated for weekly rent from May-October annually.
After initial lease buy in on buildings and pavilions, a leaseholder in good standing will have the option to renew for an additional five years for a nominal fee.
Lease purchase terms are Cash, Check, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa.

STAYING LATE? SWAP YOUR SPACE!
The number one question we receive is “Why aren’t you open late on Fridays?” We encourage vendors to stay late but some do pack up early. Be sure to ask the Market Office about our policy to allow paid vendors who have SPENT THE DAY at Rogers to move into spaces closer to the “evening action” at no additional charge as these spaces are vacated in the late afternoon and evening. This is especially popular during special events. We have a growing interest in evening vendors to serve customers who want to come out after work.

VENDOR TIPS & TRICKS
SUGGESTIONS FOR SUCCESS
A happy customer is a repeat customer and unhappy visitors reflect poorly on your fellow vendors and the market as well. Customer complaints about vendors are logged into our system. We understand that the customer is not “always” right but repeat issues may be cause for removal.
Today’s consumers have access to a variety of sales sources. Put your product forefront in their mind by sharing and tagging via your own and our Social Media Sites (see our links to follow and join). Be sure to mention your specific location so customers can locate you. Consider advertising in The Huckster and coordinating with our Promotions department via [email protected] if you have requests or suggestions.
We have a growing interest in evening vendors to serve customers who want to come out after work. Understand the afternoon retail lull that is a reality in all venues from malls to markets.
Be sure to ask the Market Office about our policy to allow paid vendors who have spent the day to move into spaces closer to the “evening action” at no additional charge as these spaces are vacated in the late afternoon and evening.
Remember: We offer $5 spaces to vendors who set up after 3 p.m. on Fridays.
Take A Number
If holding items for a customer who has paid you and plans to stop back on their way out to pick the item(s) up – take a telephone number! (Mobile is best). This allows you to let customers know when you are planning to leave so you aren’t left holding an item.
ONLINE SPACE RENTALS
Online rental is available from 5 p.m. through 6 a.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Vendors who have an account log-in established may reserve spaces online. Please note: Concession Vendors are not able to use online booking.
Vendors who need to set up an account and/or login credentials, will need to email [email protected] and put “Online Registration” in the subject line.
HOW TO RESERVE SPACE IN ADVANCE VIA TELEPHONE
Please note that daily reservations for any Friday Flea Market are made only during the Wednesday or Thursday of the same week you wish to reserve.
Call (330) 227-3233 or Visit the Market Office on site during the following seasonal days/hours:
Wednesdays 9 a.m. through 4 p.m. April through October.
Thursdays 9 a.m. through 4 p.m. Year Round.
No Telephone Reservations are accepted on Friday. Space is booked in person at the Market Office on Fridays.
An early registration fee of an additional $5.00 per space will apply for space reserved in person or via telephone before 7:30 a.m. Friday morning.
There are no rain checks or refunds.

Have a map of our grounds in front of you.
Have a Credit Card ready for payment by MasterCard, Visa or Discover if reserving over the telephone. Cash, check, or credit are accepted in person.
If you wish to pick up your receipt, it will be available from 7:30 am to 4:00 p.m. on Fridays at the Market Office.
HOW TO RESERVE SPACE ON FRIDAY IN PERSON ONLY
All vendors must be registered at the Market Office and space reserved before setting up.
Telephone reservations are not accepted on Fridays.
Please go to the walk up window located on the South Side of Building H. Friday Market Office Hours are 7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. Vendors line up early.
Please take note of posted signs to insure you are in the correct line.
