We always enjoy a good “I paid a dollar and sold it for $1,000 story.” While not every “flea market find” is guaranteed to bring you that much joy (and cold hard cash) there are certainly many tales of treasure found at Flea Markets.

Coming to this week’s exciting online auction is one vintage Le Creuset #32 Au Gratin Pan in the distinctive flame shade.

This wide, shallow oval baker excels for oven recipes that call for a crisp topping, such as vegetable gratins, mac & cheese, scalloped potatoes and fruit cobblers. Use it for roasting fish and vegetables and for stovetop cooking as well.

  • Distributes heat slowly and evenly.
  • Sand-colored enamel interior resists staining and chipping and makes it easy to monitor cooking process for less sticking and burning.
  • Made in France.

Le Creuset is “the” name in cooking and baking.

Be sure to leave a bid for this and other new, gently used, and vintage items. (P.S. there are some amazing Mid Century Modern Pieces consigned this week as well!)

Selling today in the Second Tuesday Monthly Consignment Auction.

It’s massive. Easily over 6′ tall. Squirrels perch on top like gargoyles and the drawer pulls are bears.

Pretty sure it leads to Narnia. Take a sword.

What is it? Vintage Blendo Pitcher and drink set, 1950’s.

Where to find it? Online auction located at Rogers Online

Producers: West Virginia Glass Company, Anchor Hocking Glass Corp.
Price range: A complete set (pitcher and six glasses) from the 1960s was recently offered on Etsy for $59.95. Intact gold rims drive the value up as many are worn from years of use.

We would like to thank the many visitors, vendors, community members, and friends who have reached out to us following the fire in one of the open air pavilions at the market in the late hours of Friday, May 19, 2017.

While we can confirm the loss of G Pavilion here at the market, we are grateful to the Negley, New Waterford, East Palestine, West Point, and Lisbon firefighters who contained the fire to G Pavilion. Their dedication and effort in extinguishing and preventing the spread of this fire is very much appreciated.

While we are saddened by the loss of this popular pavilion, we are grateful that no one was harmed. We will be open THIS FRIDAY for business as usual and encourage our visitors to support our vendors as we move forward in another great season! We look forward to an amazing season ahead with gratitude for our many blessings.

The G Pavilion comprises 50 spaces. We have over 1600 spaces remaining to serve our vendors and visitors. We are open for all auctions, activities, and our regular Friday Flea Market with business as usual.
