Commission
- 20% or $5 (Greater of) for any lot selling for $0-$100
- 15% on any lot selling for $100.01 – $300
- 9% on any lot selling for $300.01 – $1000
- 8% on any lot selling for $1000.01 – $2000
- 7% on any lot selling for $2000.01 and up
Note: A Lot is an individual object or group of objects offered for sale at auction as a single unit. Each lot will have a unique tag number.
Consignment Drop Off Times
- Monday prior to second Tuesday of the month auction date 8 am-8 pm (APR-OCT) and 8 am-6 pm (NOV-MAR)
- Second Tuesday of the month Auction Date 8 am to Auction Time(s)
Select Machinery, Equipment, and Commercial Lawn & Garden Equipment may be listed online. To allow for online exposure, select items will be accepted one week prior. If you would like your item considered for this additional listing, please email [email protected] or telephone (330) 227-3233 for approval before bringing these items. All other items will be accepted during the consignment dates and times mentioned above.
Prohibited Items
THE FOLLOWING ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTED:
- No Paint, No Oil
- No Televisions or Computer Monitors
- No Clothing
- No Overstuffed Furniture
- No Stuffed Animals
- No Broken Household Items and Toys
- No Titled Automobiles or ATVs
All loads will be subject to final management approval before acceptance of consignment.
We reserve the right to refuse any item(s).
BUYING
Auction is held the Second Tuesday of each month on location at 45625 SR 154, Rogers, Ohio 44455. Concessions and Restaurant are on site.
Auction Schedule (Simultaneous with Multiple Auctioneers)
- 1 pm Miscellaneous
- 4 pm Residential Lawn & Garden Equipment
- 5 pm Building Supplies & Landscaping
- 6 pm Farm Machinery, Heavy Equipment and Commercial Lawn and Garden Equipment will begin with both online and on-site bidding

All vehicles will be inspected upon exit
Buyer checkout is DAY OF AUCTION OR THE WEDNESDAY IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING 8 am – 8 pm. All items must be removed before 8 PM the Wednesday following the auction or they will become property of Rogers Community Auction, Inc.
